Processing & Dispatch

All SamPrime orders are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Standard processing time is 2–5 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require up to 7 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking reference once your order has left our facility.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are entirely the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country. SamPrime cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs inspections.
Order Tracking

Every SamPrime order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • UK orders are tracked via Royal Mail or DPD, with live SMS/email updates available.
  • International orders are tracked via our international carrier partners — tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If you have not received a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delivery Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, transit times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to peak postal periods (Christmas, Black Friday), extreme weather, or customs processing for international orders.

  • SamPrime is not liable for delays caused by postal carriers or customs authorities.
  • If your order has not arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 30 business days (international) of the dispatch date, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
  • For lost or damaged shipments, please retain all packaging and contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of checkout. SamPrime cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Uncollected parcels returned to SamPrime may be refunded minus original shipping costs.
Packaging

Every jacket is shipped in protective packaging designed to preserve its form and finish during transit. Garments are tissue-wrapped and placed in a rigid mailer or branded box depending on the style. We take great pride in ensuring your piece arrives in impeccable condition.
